I’m Harshita, a career coach, mentor, and tech leader who’s navigated the high-stakes worlds of finance and tech across New York, San Francisco, and London.

I spent years moving up the ladder in roles at BlackRock, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Expedia, all while battling imposter syndrome, burnout, and the quiet self-doubt no one talks about.

The turning point? Supportive mentors who helped me see that success isn’t just about skill, it’s about mindset, relationships, and confidence.
